Employment:

Any U.S. citizen who wishes to travel to Trinidad and Tobago for any purpose other than tourism or business negotiations (e.g. work, study, adoption, immigration, or stays longer than stipulated in the entry requirements) should contact directly, the embassy or nearest consulate.

A valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining
One application form fully completed and signed
One passport type photograph
A copy of the Resident alien card (front and back) or a valid visa back to the U.S.
A letter from the company in the U.S. (on company letterhead) stating the purpose and duration of the trip and the name of the contact person in Trinidad and Tobago
Onward/return ticket or confirmed itinerary
